Permohonan adalah dipelawa daripada warganegara Malaysia yang berkelayakan untuk mengisi kerja kosong di TCS Controls Sdn Bhd [TCS Controls Sdn Bhd, established in 2004, is the expert in providing security service, consultation, equipments and installation on CCTV, Door Access, Alarm, Barrier gate]. 

Jawatan Kosong sebagai Account & Admin Executive.
Gaji : RM4,000.

Kelayakan

• Candidates must possess at least a LCCI or ACCA or equipvalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience.
• Polite and Professional
• Possess a good sense of responsibility
• Self motivated, possess good analytical skills
• Applicant must be willing to work in USJ 1, Subang Jaya, Selangor

Tanggungjawab

• To prepare and generate invoice, issue note, issue cheque credit note, debit note, location transfer, purchase order, collection note and knocking credit note.
• Key in stock for Goods In Transit
• Generate Goods Received Note for incoming stock
• Filling - credit note, debit note, collection note, location transfer note, issue note and sales order
• Print monthly stock balance for Operation Department.
• Prepare statement of sales, debtor aging, creditor aging, B/S, P&L
• Generate monthly cash flow report, collection report, cost of good report
• Petty cash, Assist to auditing
• Bank reconciliation, A/C closing
• Fix asset listing
• Verify commission, claim and mileage
• Account payable & account receivable
• Back up A/C system
• GST implementation and return
• Follow up on stock received and warranty
• To deal with suppliers and arrange delivery/collection
• Work closely with team members to achieve project timeline
• Provide sales support and perform general administrative duties
• Job scope include: Handle customer's and supplier's enquiries, Liaise with customers and supplier, Liaise with other departments. Maintain positive customer and supplier relations and resolving customers/suppliers issue in timely manner
