Jawatan Kosong sebagai IT Technical Support
Gaji : RM2,800 - RM4,500 Per Month
Kelayakan
Candidates should possess at least Professional Certificate, Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related IT field from any accredited universities
Minimum 3 years working experience for senior position. Preferable Male Junior Executive with experience in POS system, fresh graduate is welcome as well, you must like to travel and communicate with peoples
Knowledge on windows .Net frameworks and MSSQL will be added advantages
Basic networking architecture, troubleshooting skill, communication skill, Windows Platform
Training will be provided but you must willing to learn and fast
Able to work Independantly and communicate well with team member
Own a car because you need to carry equipment for support purpose
Able to work in stress environment and complete job in given timeline
Must be able to speak and read English and Malay. Speak/read Chinese will be an advantage
Able to work on weekend or extra hours if require by complete the job on time
Able to perform with minimum supervision
Tanggungjawab
To provide customer and technical support to new and current user.
Assist with projects implementation this includes planning, software setup, configuration, deployment, UAT and project handover.
To follow up client’s requirement and feedback.
Provide 1st and 2nd level support
