Kelayakan
Preferably with Diploma / Degree in Building Construction, Engineering (Civil & Structure), Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical) or experience in related field.
Familiar with building construction
Preferably 2 years’ experience in related field.
Knowledge in construction specialist work.
Able to lead and supervise site workers.
Tanggungjawab
Monitor architectural work and site supervision arrangement of roll-on-site works and other activities are carried out at the construction site.
To be responsible for coordinating design issues for the projects with consultants, clients and external parties.
Coordination of sub-contractor’s works and their resource including workers and machinery at site.
To assist & undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by superior.
Ensure that the completed works / products conform to specification.
Assist project Coordinator in planning of manpower and other resource to ensure maximum distribution of work and minimize disruption to work progress.
Carry out joint inspection with the consultant / client’s representatives.
Monitoring delivery of construction materials and ensure that quality/types/dimension are as per the specified requirements.
Check daily attendance of all sub-contractor’s workers for late arrival, absent, early departure and false claim etc.
Ensure discipline and good morale maintained at the construction site.
To attend the site meeting with Site Agent & sub-contractors.
